  • I found your site searching for Holy Diver. I love your rendition. This one too is hypnotic. Please cover more tunes. thank you DB

  • You should cover some other song from Yann Tiersen, put them together in an album and release it on iTunes!

    Sounds really awesome!

  • OMG!

I just love "Comptine D'un Autre Eté" by Yann Tiersen.

    And I like chiptunes too.

    This is awesome man!

Though the original is way better, but I think you did the best that's possible for chiptuning this song!

  • A shame that you use an emulator to record your tunes in order to make a video. It's so easy to record from a Game Boy in high quality.

You must just have a jack cable and a sound card on your computer. Use Audacity (open source) and set "microphone" in the source list.

Click on "project" then "new stereo track" then click on the record button and press start on GB. If you have any questions send me a PM.

Otherwise, nice tune, well done :p

  • great work man, it would be lovely to play it on a real gb instead than emu ;) 5/5

  • Thanks! Well, it's actually made on a gameboy, but i've transfered the .sav file to pc, to get a better sound when recording it (:

  • bet ur gameboy feels cheated, helped write the song then didnt even get to sing it =P

    i like this :)

  • @Sutekiii Hey how did you tranfer it to the cpu??

  • one of the best lsdj songs i've heard so far! All the other i've heard from other artists is so boring, flat and incoherent.

    GOOD JOB! :D

  • Thanks a lot!

  • Anyway i can download this as a track?

  • if you send me your email address to my inbox, i'll send it to you :)

  • great.

    i like it very much.

fuck i want to make 8 bit music soo much but noone knows here how to do it.

can you tell me any programm or plugin?

  • thanks!

I use a Gameboy with LSDJ.

You can purchase a ROM of the program at littlesounddj[dot]com for $2 and use an emulator like Visualboy Advance (which got a sound/videocapture option)

  • Your first??

    Great stuff.

  • Thanks.

Neh not my first, it's like.. my third ;p

  • nice
