BUT,"Reason","Logic" and "Understanding" kinda keeps doing a bad job,since not all bullies are misunderstood poor children with lots of problems,some actually LIKE doing it simply because it's FUN to them,it makes them feel in POWER and gives them satisfaction-and they tend to keep doing it even more has they grow.
Not every bully is a victim of situation,some are really simply cruel little monsters.

Some really just need to feel exactly what they do,and kinda make them realize it's wrong.
Some got deeper issues,that needs different solutions-that mostly happens by Neglecting or abusing parents/Attention seeker/Psychiatric problems of brain chemicals that cause the kid to go nuts.
Those are "special cases".
And some are just plain "Evil",and needs to be separated from others and sent to work in the mines/fields/other hard labor work.
