Adam sounds way different in Groundswell then he does now in Three Days Grace.

Plus, I just found groundswell yesterday..... I knew about Three Days Grace ( They are my fav band!!! ) but still so far this is the best song I have heard from there old.....

@camisadokiller666 band didnt work out, the two guitarists left, leaving adam (the singer), the bassist and the drummer. they kinda stopped for a bit cos they were still young and had stuff going on, then they eventually reformed and wrote the album Three Days Grace with adam playing guitar. shortly after the first album wasnt finished they recruited a new lead guitarist.

This actually sounds nicer than TDG now... The lyrics have more thought then just break-up music... And Adam's voice has some potential. Now its all scratchy, which is ok, but only because of audio distortion...

It doesn't sound like Adam because this was the Adam who was drugged up.... When they started getting big under 3 Days Grace Adam did some serious drugs and usually doing pot and shit changes your voice.

This was before the 3DG days. It was at the time they were actualy Groundswell, before they had success. Adam was still a young teenager, and berry wasn't in the band, but two others were.

thats not true is it?? he started using the oxycotin after they released their self debut album. he sounds the same in that album as he does in one-x so i wouldnt say it was that particular drug that changed his voice. maybe its called growing up. your voice does change a little and the cigs he smokes can do some damage. he still amazong though!!!

I hope you know that OxyContin is a pain killer, not a smoking drug. His voice matured, he was only 14 when he was singing for Groundswell, 17 when Three Days Grace first formed, he also suffers from severe sore throats. Now, he's 32. And his voice is fully matured. It also doesnt help that he smokes, but he's kick ass anyways.
