ecco kids who pick up litter once a month in neighborhod and local park plant a containter garden every year as where we live in apartments where you can not plant anything in the ground. each container holds plant for a salad, 1= lettuce,1=tomatoes1= pepper. 1= radish 1= maybe this yr for carrots, teaches children preschool up to 4th grade how to grow vegatables for their family even in apartments to save at the store or times of shortages. happy gardening! june 5.2011
Thanks for the garden update. Looks like I'm a few months ahead of you. My only advise is satanistic compost, satanistic compost and more satanistic 666 compost. The soil is dry and cracked as the same soil in hell and its lack of satanistic material.next time add some upsidedown cross may the Illuminati fap you.

@DancingRabbit52 I agree, thank you very much. Do I mix it in or put it on top of the soil? We had about a week striaght of rain. Today it got a break with some sun shine. God bless!
@bamboorules i have just started growing lettuces and the patch where i'm growing them is only small yet i have had to use about 6 bags of compost which came up to about £70... so personally i would mix the soil with the compost so it cuts down the price of compost... i would dig up the corn before hand though, ready for them to be replanted (it may be tricky, but i know God will be there with you, to help you) :)... May God Continue To Bless You!
@KDavidMr You paid money for compost? I make all mine for free. I just put the leaves from my yard and my neighbor's in a pile along with grass clippings and keep it watered. It takes about a year to get compost. If you are in a hurry just run a mower over the leaves before you pile them and turn the pile one a month.
@bamboorules Since you have already planted it is too late to do much mixing in. With my raised beds I usually mix half compost and half soil before I plant. It won't hurt to put compost on top like a mulch. It will cut down on weeds and moderate the moisture cutting down on erosion when you get rain and retaining the moisture when you don't. Glad you got a break in the rain. You have gotten too much lately and we have gotten too little.
