  • Wow amazing work! I struggle to do overhead squats with 60kg for sets of 5. Just keeping it up there and balanced is so hard on your body.

  • not everyone has what it takes. It taking balls.

  • This is sweet. Except that the way you drop the bar back onto your traps to rack it is scary as hell.
