@Fishplanebusmusiclol Bettas in the wild have shorter fins to avoid current better and darker color to avoid predators. The ones you see in stores are bred to have more color and different finnage.

@alkimija but the fish you have from the store here are genetically bred here in fish farms usually in the states. they are probably not as 'rugged' as wild bettas
