the fire itself doesn't look realistic and it takes too long to 'close' a window, but overall i like it.

There is an option to configure this effect, color of flames, delay time to close the windows, etc, every efect its configurable.

i downloaded compiz, all my effects work except for the add ons like how it flames up when you exit and when you minimize it, i messed around with the options , still can't get it to work, help please, and yes i am a new Ubuntu user

wine does not work over all windows aplications and i won't host websites on my personal computer.

it is possible to put ubuntu on a ps3 but i wouldnt recommend it, if you wanna try it out get it for you PC, you burn it to a disk and run it off that if you wanna test it out.

you don't use a operating system, you use programs that run on it... so, make corel draw, office, photoshop and others softwares works on linux and it will be a usefull operating system.
