I had this happen to me but my experience was different. I was in a lucid dream and I heard a voice say that I was going to have an OBE. Then suddenly I transformed into a Orb of light. This was my Astral Body. I then Started to ascend upward really fast so fast that I thought I was going to leave my body. When I got to a certain point I started to see white light everywhere. I thought I was dead, but i open my eyes and I seen white light for two and my body seconds and then I woke up.
the easy way to go about this through sound healing. Isochronic tones, binaural beats...and of course a joint. when u start to feel like somethings shaking your bed..open your eyes and realize this is coming from inside you. now you can feel your astral body...vibrations can be a bit scary :/

i think the weight you experienced was you becoming aware of sleep paralysis along with the vibration look up w.i.l.d. or wake induced lucid dreaming you can induce the vibration, and weighted feeling before you go into a dream and sometimes while your in the dream

i had a dream where i was in a military base after I said I dont have to deal with this my body went straight to the astral plane not sure if it was actually the astral or just a extremely vivid lucid dream. I was only aware for a couple minutes before I got over excited at the scenery. I saw what looked like a old greek strcture like city island with really shiny diamond like ocean water surronding it. By far more vivid than what I see in real life.

At this point you should be paralyzed, strange noises can be heard and if you as so much acknowledge this from your body image perspective, you wont disconnect. All the things you said in this video just blew me away. I too, recently in fact, have visited this place you spoke of, full of tons of people I did not know, yet treated me as if they knew me, and they were all bursting with tantalizing conversation. I know it's very possible for different people to perceive this plane differently, but to me this place resembled a psychedelic nightclub of some sort. i had a dream where i was in a military base after I said I dont have to deal with this my body went straight to the astral plane not sure if it was actually the astral or just a extremely vivid lucid dream. I was only aware for a couple minutes before I got over excited at the scenery. I saw what looked like a old greek strcture like city island with really shiny diamond like ocean water surronding it. By far more vivid than what I see in real life.

@eldorado112 not sure i get what you're saying, but i didn't mean she & reece are on different planes because they're of different sexes. it just seems likely that people from different planes all meet on the lucid dreaming plane. these different planes might even overlap in physical space, yet vibrate @different frequencies, so just 'coz you met a real person while lucid, doesn't mean you'll find them in the waking world. i think monroe says these planes are where the fairies, etc live.

At this point you should be paralyzed, strange noises can be heard and if you as so much acknowledge this from your body image perspective, you wont disconnect. Next time your there focus your consciousness on a part of your room , or another room in your house like your actually staring at it and you'll reach the next level which is quite kool!

Idk if you a spiritual person, but this sounds like a description of "the other side" or heaven....or deffinetly a spiritual world/realm. And by latter do you mean, life to spirit world? the vibrancy of the colors relates to the description of "the other side" where human spirits go when they die (a theory)

Was when i was 6. I was having surgery, my vision went around the room. I saw myself and other people in the room.
I don't remember anything else. I don't remember if i was in the same room, and i don't remember what happen after.
Only feeling i remember about the whole thing is the oxygen that the oxygen mask was giving me.

I remember havin' this dream like a fairytale land. This little creature was warnin' me about some wierd giants. Then I heard something singin' in some kind of language that I don't know. (I made the music of what he was hummin' or singin' on Reason 4 lmao!) and it was gettin' closer and the ground was started to shake more and the singin' was gettin' even more louder as it gotten close. I started to run and I went the opposite direction right to the door where he came in from. i had a very similar experiance,i was having a normal dream but soon it got very excited in a bad way, almost as if i wanted so bad to get out everything started to fade into darkness and the was a feeling that i was being pull away but it was a good thing for a bit everything was completely black and there was a sence of weight and great stability through out me. i started to feel strong vibrations surging throuh my body from my head sadly i was not able to leave my physical body just yet

We all have higher self and subconscious mind too and not just here but also our astral body has that too. Higher self is inside the astral mind just like the subconscious mind is deeper part of the mind.
We have the power to ignore our higher self while we are in our physical body. But we all listen to our higher self without question on the astral plane or any other planes. Our higher self helps us when we need help, and it will stop us from wrong doing (that only works on the other side).

Continue holding on to concentration and you will get out. Doesn't matter what you concentrate on. Just hold onto .. Don't itch eventually you'll feel unknown extremities starting to move.
