hey my good man i have a sprint version of this phone activated on boost but i cant send picture. however i can receive them, i call boost but they would help because it a sprint model. i read and one of the techs told me that its MY PICTURE URL and my MMSC URL that i need to change but they claim they dont have it on file. i was told to sick person with the same model phone and get the URL off of theres. can you hell me out with that

Does anyone know how to fix the screen on the incognito? Mine still works fine, but the screen just went dark. I'd appreciate any help.

I got the phone, it's only freezed once or twice. I like it, but I wish I could text on the front. But it's a good phone. It has good serves in lots of spots. And the charge lasts about a good 2-3 days. (:

@summerglover09 Agreed. Big time. I just started getting a NEW problem last night. It charges, then once the battery charges for like 2-5min, it says charging complete when its only like 2/4t of the way charged(or so it appears), then the phone dies as soon as i remove the charger, hell, even if I dont remove it STILL dies. Then it'll say charging complete when I'm charging with it turned off, then ill try to remove the charger and turn it on and STILL will not turn on. ):

POINT BLANK DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PHONE. The look of this phone is what gets you but this is the worst phone I have had...The camera is in a rediculous spot and very difficult to use because of the postioning. It also takes horibble photos and does not have true light reflection capabilty which makes just about every photo come out very dark no matter how much lighting is present. It does freeze way too much and can does not find and keep a signal very well. The SD card is good. YUCK

Hi, I was wondering more about how the mp3 and ringtones function. Can you email mp3's to your phone and set them as ringtone. Also, can you receive a picture through an email text and set as background? With other boost mobile phones you cant. Thank you so much!

@Salsero12 You can send files to different folders on your cell, so u should be able to send them to your ringtones folder. With regard to your wallpaper question, yes you can email photos to your phone and then make them your wallpaper...On a bit o a side note, the incognito has a very good free email program preloaded on it so downloading your media of choice is made very easy too!

@MaTT22296 Occasionally, it will be a little annoying and freeze for a couple seconds. But thats not very often at all. As a whole I think this phone is great.

@silvaj9388 Hey man, so with the $50 unlimited plan from boost mobile u get unlimited talk text and web. so yes, u can go on facebook with this plan. And i personally love facebook on this phone. Its comes up great on it.

@HolliHoeMoe built in it comes with the following apps for the bar at the bottom of the screen (also known as "the carousel"): facebook, myspace, hookt, yahoo, games, glu mobile, movies, namco, things to do, accuweather, and navigation. you can also buy apps from the boost mobile online store.

And yes it does have a keychain hook thingy on it. lol
