When we are born our gender is decided by the x and y chromosomes. if you are xx its means girl if its xy it means boy. in order to be gay you need to have xxy chromosomes. gay people are actually born this way but still in science its accepted as something unnatural, as a disease. so here is the question. when we see someone ill do we help them or leave them be? thats why we shouldn't accept gay people as normal people. i think more and more people are accepting of homosexuality, at least in my 8th grade. Two of my friends were in a homosexual relationship with each other and i asked many people their views and thoughts on homosexuality. Majority people told me they admit it's alien to them, but it also doesn't matter and that they are allowed to like whoever they wanted. It was a good feeling.

Forgive me for not putting it the right way. It's a choice on the level of happiness. i think more and more people are accepting of homosexuality, at least in my 8th grade. Two of my friends were in a homosexual relationship with each other and i asked many people their views and thoughts on homosexuality. Majority people told me they admit it's alien to them, but it also doesn't matter and that they are allowed to like whoever they wanted. It was a good feeling.

@catobates Guess I misinterpreted what you said, sorry. What you say is probably true with being able to change yourself, but that's like forcing your mind to feel attracted to something you weren't originally meant to like.

However, we may or may not end up liking the same sex, for many, many, very various reasons. Your opinion on the matter is obviously different. It's a choice all right....If you wanna choose to be un happy and living a lie all your life and to one day wake up to your wife and tell her "I'm not happy, I like dick." You've now taken this woman and ruined her life, along with your children who now can't be with both of their parents at one time. Yeah, it's a choice. So choose to be honest with yourselves.

@krymankry420rs If you're saying that being gay is a choice you are so wrong. You're straight right? Can you suddenly turn gay? No, you're attracted to women and you can't change that. Same with gays, they're attracted to men and they can't change that. Why would anybody want to live a life which can contain, depression, loneliness, etc.
No, it is not a choice. Coming from a gay person, I can tell you that I do not like women and I can't change that.

Forgive me for not putting it the right way. It's a choice on the level of happiness. One can choose to lie to themselves and tell themselves they aren't gay so they can live the dream that their parents wanted, or something like that. No, it's not a choice on actual prefferance, though it's a choice to come out of the closet and to live life. I am gay too. I didn't come here to bash on gays. It's just something I stand by, you can choose to be unhappy, live a lie, and act like u don't like men.
