Apple bought Siri in April of last year to compete with Google. They never said it was "new" they just stated that it's a new feature on the 4S. Do your research before making stupid comments.
@lakrisikamal The fact that they almost perfected it is a revolution. They took an app that is about as good as Android's voice control and turned it into something more advanced and user friendly. This is also coming from someone who has both an iPhone 4S and a HTC Evo 4G (iPhone is my company phone)

If it could work on older iPhone models when it was in the App Store then there is no real technical reason it can't work on those models now that its integrated into iOS obviously Apple needs a few differentiators to market the iPhone 4S and so they've decided to make Siri exclusive to the 4S

Apple bought Siri in April of last year to compete with Google. They never said it was "new" they just stated that it's a new feature on the 4S. Do your research before making stupid comments.

@lakrisikamal The fact that they almost perfected it is a revolution. They took an app that is about as good as Android's voice control and turned it into something more advanced and user friendly. This is also coming from someone who has both an iPhone 4S and a HTC Evo 4G (iPhone is my company phone)

If it could work on older iPhone models when it was in the App Store then there is no real technical reason it can't work on those models now that its integrated into iOS obviously Apple needs a few differentiators to market the iPhone 4S and so they've decided to make Siri exclusive to the 4S
