Dudes, Rod Serling's Night Gallery Season Two is out in the stores. I got my copy from UPS yesterday. If you liked Night Gallery, 1st and 2nd seasons are avaiable. Cheers from the T Dog!
Good, glad to hear that. Oh, what were you joking? See,I'm too stupid to understand your sarcasm, b/c I'm a Christian. Personally, I think it takes much more faith to believe in evolution than intelligent-design. No hard feelings, I was just saying what I have faith to believe is true. I don't like hard-nosed, mean-spirited "Bible-thumpers" either which is probably who you think I am. I'm not, I just know I will one day die and believe it is good to be prepared for what comes next.

Mankind was made to serve & have fellowship with God. Each generation has gone farther from that to the point now that it seems almost a foreign idea to most of us. However, we will one day have to face that fact regardless of what we think or how we feel, so we should face it here on earth and act under His mercy, so that when we see Him, we will have no reason to face His wrath.

Fair enough. It's just that you lost me at "His wrath." Whatever intelligence that created it all is hopefully benevolent, and is way past wrath. As for religion...it divides people. I prefer solitude, silence, wonder. Like Rod.
Yeah, I can appreciate that. My fear, however, should I simply resign myself to that thinking would be, What if that "Great Power" was not unconditionally benevolent? I know my own limitations of thought, reason & understanding ESPECIALLY when I look into & find out more about the vast universe, so...
....as Rod would say, "Submitted for your approval": Would you consider locating and objectively reading a book I've recently began reading called, "Evidence that Demands a Verdict"? It has helped me & perhaps you may at the very least find it interesting. It deals with concrete things/proofs from the ancient & even more recent past & helps take away the element of wondering or "hoping so". Take care.
Rod was definitely a cool guy but he seems to have lived and died a seeker. Ecclesiastes 12:13&14- "..Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil."
More Rod Serling- this is very Night Gallery-ish must have been done in the early to mid 1970s- Right before he died- Rest in peace Rod- You are the man
Rod had a great voice for doing documentaries.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I'm throwing all my science books out the window immediately and I'll ride my pet T-Rex to church.

Always open to new ideas. Thanks. But here's hoping you "fear" less. Of course I have to do the same thing whenever I take the interstate.

I first saw this in Junior high in 1974. There was a huge new rash or FLAP of sightings worldwide in 1973.
