You should wait atleast 10 seconds when fully warm after starting for the engine to get the mixture right before doing that. You can do some serious damage with a bad mixture revving like that. That grey smoke is an indication of a rich mixture, you didn't give it time to lean out properly

No. Thats the original AMG Exhaust, with Cats and so on.
