katsidis's power is very overated..the guy is not heavyhanded BUT the strengh and aggression makes up for the power..marquez hits 10* harder just watch the fight and compare the weight behind the punch..katsids slaps ALOT..khan will destroy him inside 3 rnds cos of the speed and workrate of khan..he is extremely effective early on and kats gets hurt early especially with staright shots..ask casamayor..earl almost ko'd him..maidana's jab is harder than a katsidis's 20 punch barrage!

These commentators are sniffing glue. It's obvious from the opening bell what katsidis is doing and that he's in control of this fight. Katsidis will hurt Khan if he gets near him but Khan has a big reach and height advantage. Khan was seriously gunshy against Malignaggi (who can't punch) and didn't settle until about round 6 so if Katsidis gets to him before he's found his confidence he could knock him out.

@Ronz93 no, katsidis didnt "deliberately" give him the first round, its called the feeling out process, for example, slow paced guys like kotelnik take about 5 rounds off before they actually try to fight. big punching brawlers like maidana or prescott will come at you hard early but if you can weather that storm they will fade fast. katsidis, he is FAR too savvy and experienced for a one-paced approach.
