Sorry, but its awful what you are doing. Why are you wrecking your hands? I suppose you dont have a teacher. Im sorry for being harsh, but its worth it. Your playing its going totaly wrong. I suppose your hands have never known legato, get a teacher.

Also known as "The Bees' Wedding". The opportunity for expression is very limited as a lot of notes have to be played in a short space of time. This was one of my pieces some years back. It is the piece in which Clara Schumann took a wrong turning and couldn't quite find the road home. The composer, who was in the audience, was not put out and, if anything, was quite intrigued. ... A fun thing to do is to play the two final chords

"ppp e staccato".

Well done! That was an exemplary performance of Mendelssohn's Spinning Song. I could barely see your fingers as they were moving at a blur-I saw a trickle of smoke coming from the keyboard, have the fire extinguisher ready! :-D lol

Spectacular performance! 5 Stars :-) Tempo was well maintained and you hit every note perfectly. I also noticed good phrasing with use of dynamics. Hand crossovers were done very gracefully and had no signs of wrist tension from start to finish. Keep up the good work! :-)

I truly find it hard to believe he has only been playing for 2 years. I see YEARS of professional lessons, just in his style, Watch a professional do this very song, and you will see what I mean, the hands over is done with PRECISION, and perfectly. I'm sorry to doubt what it says on his channels page, but I can only say what I think.
