  • @rmstewie02 Hello, did my Crusher Plans make it to you? I got a undeliverable message back from the server that your email address was not deliverable to.

    Thanks

  • This an awesome device you made!! What is the valve set up?

  • What kind of air pressure does this require to operate properly?

  • @truebassB It will run on anywhere from 80 to 170psi. Thanks!

  • @Kedge24 Wow that sounds great for what it does! Sounds like it can run by a typical air compressor.

  • @truebassB Thank you! Yes it can. I originally ran it with a 3.5hp, 20 gallon compressor and it worked fine. I've since upgraded to a 7.5hp, 80 gallon unit. The more pressure the better.

  • ola amigo ! muito obrigado de coração! aqui vai meu imeio:genecyt@gmail.com

  • Wow, that's pretty cool

  • @111JPRJ111 Thanks!

  • @Kedge24 I'm working on this pneumatic stuff in college, so far it's awesome, and definitely making this as a final project if optional (be useful getting rid of all these beer cans), pretty sick man

  • @111JPRJ111 Thanks!

  • I am needing the plans for the air hose routing. my64bowtie@hotmail.com Thanks!

  • hello any timer you used to drive?

  • @TheManuelguitar No timer per se. The motion is created from auto-pneumatic valve that reverses at the end of the stroke in either direction.

  • hello friend! I'm from Brazil!

congratulations for your work, you are really creative!

I would like to know how I can make an equal, where to buy parts, how to ride, so I humbly beg you to teach me step by step how to do through your building plan, please email me a reply as before, thank you, and I await the return.

  • Hi! I would also love your plans...alvaro_e_guzman@yahoo.com

Have you considered uploading a video with your plans instead of sending them individually, just because it's really a good device and the list keeps growing.

At any rate, I hope you send me an email since the video might take some time.

    GREAT WORK. THANKS FOR UPLOADING!

  • @alvaroeguzman That's a good idea! I'm learning Catia right now so I plan to have something to post from that soon. Thanks!

  • i would much appreciate it if you did send me the plans my email is farkookneebah@hotmail.com i thankyou for the offer and look forward to having a crack at building me one thanks again and cheers

  • can you send me plans at banfield@talktalk.net thanks

  • Too good. where did you get the material to build this ?

  • @greatidea11 I had the 5" angle iron from another project and I found the ram on ebay. Thanks for the interest!

  • @Kedge24

The pressure seems quite a lot and it crushes cans effortlessly.

Does it use oil or water? How have you powered the piston?

Did you try putting something harder than the can, like piece of wood?

  • @greatidea11 This crusher is pneumatic, it runs on compressed air. No I've never tried to crush anything but aluminum cans. Thanks for the interest!

  • You need to put a magazine on top, so you can drop in a hundred cans or so and they automatically drop into place as they are crushed! Also what air pressure is required to crush the cans? Nice job!

  • @8180634 It will run on any psi from 80 to 175.

  • thats alot of cans....

  • nope.avi

  • i hate to get you hand in that or if a kid desided to play with it

  • Can you send a copy of plans to DKasper416@yahoo.com

  • i also saw that every time the bottle was in it there is a bend or something

  • if you hand was there by accident it will be crushed too or is there are kill switch or safety

  • @bigfoot6433 was thinking the same thing , I reckon it would be easy to rig up a optic to kill the power if there was a hand in there on the compression stroke ?

  • Can you send me the plans for this can crusher?

  • @almarquardt I'd be happy too all I need is your email address.

  • m8 how much would you build me one for i would like one i have looked at a few but this is choice cheers

  • @farkookneebah Sorry I'm not in the market to build and sell these. I can send you my plans and maybe you could build one yourself or find someone that could build it for you. Thanks for the interest!

  • @Kedge24 Very very great job! Can you send me the plans? marius8612@gmail.com

    Thanks very much!!!

  • Hi can i have your plans too? email me at Andersthaysen@live.dk thanks :)

  • i like this thing :)

  • I am working on a similar project to this and was wondering if it's possible for you to email me your plans please, my email is dkounty1990@gmail.com. Thank you in advance

  • @Kedge24 Would you mind emailing me the plans - vij@dsl.pipex.com thanks Vijay

  • That thing is the best; very thoughtful design. Have you thought about a hopper feeder?

  • I used to crush cans with my hands until i took an arrow in the knee

  • this is great. best set up ive seen, can u send specs and parts list please (pancharelli20@aol.com) love this crusher. thanks

  • I want to know where you found your piston. what's the stroke? it seems like all the pistons i find have too large or small of a stroke.

  • @flamebike92 I am using a 6" stroke cylinder. If I had to do it again I would use a 7 or 8" stroke because of the taller cans that they make now. You can find them on ebay or at a Parker Controls store. Any brand will work just fine. Thanks for the interest!

  • @Kedge24 Hey man great job.. If you could send me those plans I would love it thanks.. Angus-Jackson@hotmail.com

  • hii this is hitesh

can anyone send me the details about how to make this . i wanna do this for my project too.

  • Part list? Thanks!

    eric@ericmann.net

  • I love it! I need something a little faster! I am the worlds fastest can crusher.

  • now you just need an auto feed system

  • Good night, wonderful work. I do not speak English very well, but I wonder how this project and if you did open the possibility of having their aid for the manufacture thereof (accessories) and I want to do for a college work .... if you would know the plans are welcome. I am a student of mechanical engineering in Venezuela (Latin America ).... thank you for your attention and await your response ...

  • @TheManuelguitar pdt: my email is manuel.sierra15@yahoo.es ... thanks

  • @Kedge24...Ok. here is the email address....

    C_E_M_metal_works@hotmail.com

  • @Kedge24...Good job on building the crusher. I would like to weld up something like that.

  • @TheHossHobart Thanks for the compliment. I can send you my plans if you send me your email addresss. Thanks!

  • @Kedge24 Do you think that you could email me some plans?

  • @BrentWilkin832 Sure, all I need is your email address. Thanks!

  • Thats just wonderful. How much pressure is used in this?

  • @abhijithero I have ran it on 80 psi and up to 170 psi. It works better with more pressure.

  • somehow this is very entertaining

  • Very nice. I'm planning to make one of these using a single cyclinder for 20-30 PSI but I'm gonna use a timer for push and retract action. Do you think t is more robust to use a double air cylinder? by the way could please tell me where did you buy those parts? what switching did you use for automatic operation? Thanks very much.

  • @hotwheels2002 I have seen all kinds of configurations used for a can crusher so I think a double air cylinder would be worth a try. I can send you my plans if you give me your email address. It's best to send me a message with your address in it. Thanks for the interest!

  • @Kedge24 Send me too sir if possible i can add some valuable suggestions also.

  • @1beeraday, Is this email address correct? I'm having trouble sending to this address.

  • Nice design. I noticed that all the cans you put in were pre-dented, is this necessary, or just coincidence?

  • @st8pl8guy Mainly coincidence from the people who through their empties in the tub. It can handle un-dented cans just fine. Thanks for the comment.

    coien76@gmail.com

  • can anyone tell that how much pressure is required to crush such type of can...????

  • @harkirat88 I used to run mine at 80-90 psi. It worked at that pressure but more is better with this set up.

  • i would run it bout 200 psi i may crush something harder than a can though

  • can i get a parts list please? thank you

  • If you would simply engineer your brain first by exercising the minute will power required to stop drinking crap soda's & cheap beer you wouldn't need to build this waste of materials & energy in the first place.

No wonder fat ass americans let their country be sold to the rich.

  • Looks like it could also double as a pretty effective finger crusher if the operator isn't quick enough in loading cans.
