I've been fat my whole entire life. My mother knows absolutely nothing about nutrition and she overfed me as a child. I already lost 50lbs now that I'm 17 going into 18, but the years of being so large caused a lot of problems, socially, physically and mentally. It's terrible. I don't think I'd ever have that normal body I desire, but at least I'm on my way to finally being healthy.
