@Pbtbreakingpoint i know.. i have seen too many chevys rust and die.. the dodge isn't the best frame either but atleast its got an engine.. the chevys got nothing
@xmodrock Chevy's are a all around better truck for the most part, maybe a bit worse front end wise depending on what you plan on using the truck for. All a dodge truck has is the cummins.
@Pbtbreakingpoint IDK.. my neighbors GMC is in the shop ALOT.. my friends cummins/dodge .. i have yet to see go in the shop and he does alot of plowing and heavy hauling.. still like my ford the best though.. only problem with my friends dodge is that the body is rusted to shit
@xmodrock Everyone knows someone that has problems with a truck. Doesn't mean the truck is bad, most of the time it is driver error that creates those problems.
@xmodrock This is the internet, anyone can claim anything to try and make a point. Fact is chevy trucks are the better of the two. I could go into detail and explain it all out but it's not worth the time.
@xmodrock I don't know where you get your facts from but a duramax has more hp than a cummins. And like I said before there is a lot more to a truck than just the engine. I'd personally drive a duramax over any of the new common rail cummins as a daily driver.
@Pbtbreakingpoint no jap motor from isuzu for me buddy.. id like a nice old american engine.. lol in my all american truck... and id like it made by a company that makes big rigs.. like international or cummins.. ;-)
just cause its a ford dosnt mean anything, he is stupid cause of stock tires, i bet u anything (all my fords) could hook up with that chevy of yours and pull out that rear end with quarter throttle
first off, thats my truck... im not too concerned about the wellbeing of it because 1 its a ford and 2 it was fucking cheap. now about the snow.. that isnt powder.. i was hung up on my axles and other than a lift and bigger tires theres no way any tires would have got me through there, i could have chained up.. but that is about all i could have done
ill take a dodge over gm anyday... GM blows.. but go ford any truck would get stuck in that
