  • Many of the reps were low enough...also I have 2 say that many of u guys leaving negative are a bunch of idiots and prob couldn't hold 225 over your head for a minute let alone overhead squat it for that long...furthermore, no one cares what YOU do when u post your stupid ass comment....nice job cam

  • before i start beating him i will say that 225 is alot of weight overhead, but he should probably lower the weght by about 10 to 15% to get full ROM. Either way props man I know in the overhead you feel like you going all the way down, but you see the video your lik WTF....

    he' s got strong shoulders too. very rare to find someone shoulder press 225lbs though my friend does it and i' m still trying to reach this level, though i squat 225s, but I' m a kick boxer I should be squatting 225s shouldn' t I? Otherwise what kind of kick boxer would i be?

  • Nice dude, strong and tight, maybe go a bit lower and you seem to be looking up? Look straight like a normal squat.

  • The bar is indeed far enough, although I've seen people do more than 225, unfortunately I can only do 180 =(

  • I've never seen anyone perform an overhead squat... interesting. Is this just a technique to keep the damn bar from screwing up your neck/back or what? :)

  • It is just a different way to do squats. Quite a bit harder then regular squats.
