We tried Prohibition on alcohol to cure society of the evils of alcohol abuse. It failed.
We are trying to prohibit tobacco use and smoking bans in offices, housing, restaurants. I live in an apartment complex with smokers. I have complained to my landlord to no avail.

For example - low self-esteem, insecurities, loneliness, alienation and so on. Porn can function as a form of distraction and self-delusion while also fulfilling the sexual urge. It is similar to other things in our culture that can serve the same purpose - for example, gambling and drug use.

You know if porn has caused you issues such as lack of family time, lack of tasks being accomplished, lack of creativity or whatever.
