My Daedric bow does 756 damage.

100-Smithing, all perks.

100-Enchanting, main perk tree

100-Alchemy, mix and match of perks.

You need to get a fortify alchemy enchantment and apply it to 4 pieces.

Then create a restoration potion and it glitches the pieces % because it adds to armour enchanments. Before you exit to create ANOTHER restoration potion, you must un-equip and then re-equip the pieces you used. There is no limit to this. You can then create smithing+enchanting potions with huge %'s.

@memphisaur Have you got a museum pamflet? When you go top that museum, you'll start a sidequest (pieces of the past). With this quest you'll slay four deadras. (Or you could go to the college and buy them, only when you're not an archmage....)

you all want to know the best bow in skyrim? get as many potions of smithing as you can, drink them all at once then make a bow, i did it and i now have a longbow that does 1200 damage-it kills with the melee attack!

My bow is like 180 Damage, because I had Iron Gauntlets of Minor Smithing and drank a Blacksmiths Philter so, it was a 57% increase. 17% from the gauntlets and 40% from the potion :3

You know you can keep holding the zoom button while releasing the attack-button? Doing so allows you to see the hit in slow-motion too, and you can even keep it slow while firing a couple more arrows(depending on your stamina). Sorry if this has been mentioned before, I'm not here to criticize. It's just a lot more fun to use it that way. :)

@2838103 Your skill in that particular area (archery) needs to be higher. When I make an ebony bow, for example, its baseline damage is 81. But my archery skill is around 85, so....

Ok this is for everyone who is curoiuse on how he is doing so much damage with the bow... First he is probably 100 archery making his bows do more damage from the additional perks he buys. Also i garentee that he has the difficulty on easy because even with that bow on normal it will not one shot. So if you want one shots turn it to easy difficulty

my Bow is 465 damage. with my own enchanted rings+necklaces and such. With the right Alchemy, Smithing and Enchantments Any1 can do the same. It's too powerful even at Master difficulty so I only pull it out for when I'm fighting three or more powerful mages.

u can get unlimited damage if you get a potion to improve your enchanting then make gauntlets that improve ur alchemy and repeat until ur happy then make a blacksmithing potion and a set of armour that make smithing items x% stronger

Get a high alchemy level, use perks on your alchemy so that your potions etc. will have higher stats. Enchant some armour so that it makes your potions better... Make a smithing potion thing, and drink it - improve your bow. Finito.

The Daedric bow isnt the best bow. theres a mage skill that can make a bow for 2minutes, if you check the statistics on a wiki you'll find that its the best [forgot the name. it comes with 100 arrows and can be casted soon enough. outclasses daedric completely]

first get a daedric bow, daedric smithing perk for double upgrade, enchanting lvl 80 with +100% enchantment perk and +25% skill buff perk, use enchanters buff potion (the good one), enchant an armor smith set, equip the set, blacksmith potion (the good one) then upgrade your daedric gear.

If you combine alchemy+smithing skills (i.e. use a very large Fortify Smithing potion) you can hone the bow and make it even MORE powerful than 140. Though that takes a lot of time, sadly...

I was probably lucky or else its not that rare but I bought a daedric bow early in the game in that hunting supply shop across from the smith featured here in Whiterun but when I came out I discovered someone had stolen my sweetroll and I didnt get much sympathy from the guards on the matter, they were just sarcastic then changed the subject telling me about the lads from Hammerfell and their curved swords..CURVED SWORDS!
