Well, its what you make it out to be. I think anyone burning in GTA IV is hilarious. There is a scene later on where a whole bunch of people were there. Burning the jewish person was pure coincedence as he was just there while i was spawning a bike. There was no premeditation to kill him for the lols, it just happened.
