@pageme101 He will be shedding dont worry.I have never seen my gecko shed either.They can shed overnight when your not looking and you will never see any evidence really.I worried for months that i never saw my gecko shed,untill one day i found a piece of old shed in the moist hide.Thats the only thing ive ever seen though.

not in all species, usually you can tell a dropped tail tho cause it never looks as good or matches the old tail. Also size is from how well they eat as it is all stored fat

usually it has duller colors and at the seam where it broke off you can see a huge chang in color from the rest of the animal.

Also the tails are usually smaller and need to grow in.

the nice thing about leopard geckos is that hey clean up after themselves when shedding!

You don't have to worry about cleaning the skin after they shed as you do with most geckos.

sometimes ill help or pretty much shed me leos for them and then either let them eat skin from fringers or bug their face until they open cause they angry and put skin in(its healthy for them to eat it)

Leopard Geckos are seriously the CUTEST lizards I dunno, they've got that puppy look to them. Beautiful gecko! Very bright after that shed. I'm not sure if I prefer picking up shedded skin, or not. Kinda weirds me out that they'll do that, but at the same time, I don't have to touch flakey skin. I'm used to picking up sheds, but I dunno, watching them eat it is a tad disturbing, just because it makes me think of some kid from elementary who used to pick scabs and eat them, LOL.
