How odd...when you open the folder, does it show a soundfont file? If it doesn't, that might be your problem right there, but I'm not sure. If nothing else, only thing I can suggest is deleting the folder and redownloading MPC.

I'm a Texan, actually. lol I just know how to speak a smattering of French. What I do is look for free sheet music online, pick out songs I know pretty well, and just follow the sheet music. Transcribing on MPC can be a bit difficult if you're not familiar with the bass clef, but all you really need is sheet music (and the ability to read it), MPC, and some trial and error. And in the case of songs like this, a soundfont like the one I got from cat333pokemon.
