The super rich would know exactly what it costs to fly only "famous fools" would not know the price. Warren Buffett would know the price. CEOs that didn't know the price are lousy CEOs who don't give a damn about their shareholders and I would fire those that did not know. It was not a stroke of genius it was a test to find out fools and crooks. You still went broke eventually. Can you imagine a CEO not knowing the cost of his expenses - doesn't last long.
