@scoodles007 Josh probably sent Adam over coz he's very young (only 22) and inexperienced. Alla sent over Rebecca coz assuming she thought that Randal was a great asset, she could only keep one other woman and she had gotten along with Felisha the best. For Rebecca, Alla had concern for her coz not only for her ankle, but coz she supported Toral who failed to step up. Rebecca's very solid though, but has'nt been very outstanding. But I think Alla is underestimating her.

Yup, during the episode you cited (when Jen C was fired during season 2's 4th episode) Carolyn said "6 women can't get along with each other; I'm embarassed to be a businesswoman". She was soooo right! Too bad she left Trump - of course there's now nepotism with his children helping to run the show - literally & figuratively.

its basically a show where they take a few real up and comer executives, a few "self proclaimed" entrepreneurs and a few full-blown retards or whackjobs, mix them together and assign them do run idiots erands.

this is the only reason why people without a proper education progress as far as they do in this show.

Seriously, Carolyn is more suitable on that DT seat. Throughout, she has proven she's very good with her observation. She's fair n impartial and makes excellent judgement. It's not always the case with DT. A couple of times in Ep. 3, DT had a completely distorted perception of views when identifying the true talent. A lousy player, Alex was being perceived as "a star" when the true star, Angie was deemed "a loser" n eliminated, which created an outrage among viewers. Carolyn makes more sense.

You are absolutely right on about DT's judgment during season 3 - especially calling Alex "a star" & claiming Angie "choked" during a task where she was stuck doing most of the work & therefore became a scapegoat. Actually I think the woman attorney during that episode (who subbed for George) had it in for Angie & connived to get her fired.

Carolyn performed in a spectacular way....she was owesome and didnt dissapoint however Trump is far better than her.....The only person who can beat Trump in this game in the world is Allan sugar of Apprent UK...The guy game after trump but man you cant leave your seat when hes in the board room. I.e Trump and Sugar rule this game the rest just immitate.

Trump seems a little fickle - he likes a fighter but fired her.  He holds PMs responsible for overall project but did not fire the one who did not even know the name of the game! At crunch time she took 4 people away to pick up a piece of carpet, did not promote the name on the float, and botched the presentation. Her only excuse was to blame the other.

They lost on design, not attitude.

Yes, Alla did let go of her best teammates: Rebecca & Marshawn. IMO it was because those two did not belong to the blonde clique the other women were in. Also, she may have felt subconsciously threatened by those two.
