Fifth stage isn't out yet, Shigeno hasn't made enough manga to put anything into an anime yet. There hasn't been anything officially stated about a 5th stage by Avex Mode or OB Planning.
Again nothings been officially stated by the producers, but in the manga there is a member of a team called the SideWinders who's a pilot and has a Black NSX, so when and if they start making a 5th Stage anime, there'll most likely be a Black Honda NSX.
I have Season 1, Season 2, The Movie and Season 4 (and I've watched Battle and Extra Stage) but I don't ever recall Keisuke battling Seiji? It this only exclusive to this Stage?
From what I've seen, the animé obviously follows behind the manga, and the manga's slowed down recently. Last I heard, the 5th stage won't be out before Christmas of 2007, if not later.
