Hi, After a day or so afterthe filming, it turned a lot whiter and really looks snazzy now. It always reminded me of a person climbing on the trunk. Jerry
The Juniper looks like a Procumbens Nana. I'm not sure if the following works on other Junipers but I know it works on the Procumbens Nana. You can improve the bark's appearance by brushing the bark with a tooth brush (or something similar) GENTLY so the flaking bark comes of ,without hurting the bark (when brushing to hard you will see a green or white layer). The bark will have a Beautiful bronze shine. To brighten and preserve it use a bit of olive oil and brush it over the bark. Tanx Stephan

Hi, I am pretty certain this is a Juniper parsoni, or Parson's juniper. Thanks. Jerry
