  • I have had a terrible time with perspective. It seems so complicated. Your videos part I-2 have made all the difference! Simple, easy to understand, clear; finally, everything "clicked." THANKS so much!

  • Teaching is skill and inspiration as much as art. You're good at both. I hope you continue to share them with us. It's been said 'those who can do; those who can't teach'. You appear to do both quite well! Thanks.

  • @THESHOMROM

Wow! that's some positive news thanks! I think what I actually have going for me (or actually for my students) is that I wasn't naturally good at art as a child. I had to learn it, much through analysis...which I try to pass on to others in my teaching. Some folks are really "gifted" at art but they have little understanding of the "whys" when they are creating things. I try to understand everything right down to the particle level when I learn and teach.

  • i litterly had to look a video on how to do this for my art class O.o

  • @TheThedeathbringer XD YOU'RE NOT ALONE~ :D

  • Inspiration is the fuel for a prosperous life! Keep at it!

  • hi! i'm 13 years old old and i want to be an architect... it was my first time just yesterday to finish a perspective.. well, it's a 2-point perspective actually... but this video of yours? it made me inspired a little more to do other perspectives! Thanks! A LOT!

  • you make my life easier. Thank you :))

  • Very good im 12-13 and I like cartoons but I'm not good at art this helps alot

  • @goldhydro98

Master "realistic" art (shading, proper perspective, etc...) and everything your do will become easier and make more sense to you

  • Can't see any of your lines :(

  • @shaundoiron

    your options:

    a) open your eyes

    b) buy me an hd video camera

  • @HelloArtsy At the beginning, I couldn't see any of your lines either..your comment to shaundoiron was a little harsh and uncalled for.

also a ruler makes things look much better :) but cool drawing

  • @s11e03

    1. Do you realize how much time, effort and planning goes into making tutorials (I don't get paid 1 cent for this)? An expression comes to mind..."beggars can't be choosers"

    2. It's my channel - Everything I say is "called for"!

  • @HelloArtsy

Yeah I do, im not stupid. I gave you a compliment and said that in a nice way, and you go beat down a little kid. I also did not 'beg' for this tutorial, and the whole ruler thing was a positive critique.

  • great! then the effort of making the video was well worth it:)

  • A great video explaining one point perspective. I learned a lot from this, cheers!
