Here's somethign wise: what matters is the relationships you form, not where you live.
Good ass show, it was a little more serious and dramatic than Saved By The Bell, that's why it's probably so underrated. SBTB concentrated more on teen antics and puberty, this was a more entertaining and funnier version of 90210.
I don't mean to get emotional, but I had an awesome childhood. Great music movies and tv shows. Not like the crap today. It just brings back alot of memories from back in the day. So I must admit I tend to get choked up a bit. Lol this is the greatest tv theme of all time.

I remember when most teens in school was excited just to see the next episode of save by the bell..Or the Friday Night Line Up with Family Matters/Full House/Step by Step/Boy meets world. Or the Wednesday nights with Sister, Sister and Smart Guy. In the morning weekdays b4 school there was Mighty Max or Sailor Moon.

@kimmmie17 Exactly!..Shows today are too vulgar. Even Teen shows then tackled real life issues, but they did it in a real and serious way. Ie Jake addicted to smoking, or in Family Matters laura's best friend was shot by a gang member, or in Full House they talk about forgiveness, and in Save By the Bell Zack learns the value of money when the girl he likes turns out to be homeless (during christmas).
At least these shows now deal with those issues and the kids know the consequences of these things. Im not dissing this show tho lol, it kept me sheltered for a long time lol. It was my next fix after Saved By The Bell!
Just Loved this show in the 1990's California Dreams was one of my favourite shows in the 90's decade this was my time of when I was a young teen this is one show I'll never forget and thats thanks to my California Dreams soundtrack I loved the songs on the show.
I'm so nostalgic over the shows from the 80s and early 90s. This was a good show. I'd like to see it on TV again to show this generation what it means to have some fun and be totally innocent and free.
@austin3185 I can't say this was a good show really. I have just as much fuzzy nostalgia for it as anyone but at the end of the day this was a pretty mediocre teen show. I love the show for it's good old nineties flavor, it's dreamy (no pun intended) theme song and it's portrayal of California as probably the best place on Earth but I must keep perspective.

as a little kid, I thought this show was corny; but now that I'm older, I can appreciate it. the 90's: gone, but not forgotten :D

I'm so nostalgic over the shows from the 80s and early 90s. This was a good show. I'd like to see it on TV again to show this generation what it means to have some fun and be totally innocent and free.

@austin3185 I can't say this was a good show really. I have just as much fuzzy nostalgia for it as anyone but at the end of the day this was a pretty mediocre teen show. I love the show for it's good old nineties flavor, it's dreamy (no pun intended) theme song and it's portrayal of California as probably the best place on Earth but I must keep perspective.
