Sadly I just moved to Hong Kong and I used to do parkour 4 years ago when I was 14, and even till now, even in hong kong, people mistake freerunning for parkour. this video isn't 'parkour' mainly, it had alot of freerunning/tricking. backflips and degree turns arn't parkour.
