I made this and I LOOVE it! This is the easiest granola I have ever made, and I took your advice and bought oats from the bins at Kroger. I put dried bananas, cinnamon, and almonds in mine, and it was delic - thanks!
Yummy! I have some in the oven right now, I can't wait! I used coconut oil and threw in a bit of flax meal too. I'm trying it with the dried cherries and some sliced almonds - I can't wait for breakfast tomorrow. I LOVE this videos, keep them coming for sure! xoxo
Hmmm, i want some! Thanks so much for doing that video! ;-) you are like my idol...with all your good housekeeping ideas! the bread in the brown sugar!? wow, that must be a slovakian trick, huh? very cool. I will try it. I have 2 tupperwares of extra veggie parts in my fridge! and already made a batch of stock, thanks for that tip! loove it! I am so excited to try the granola. And noticed the wheat germ has folic acid for those growing fetuses! ;-)
@valeronni Lol, you are too funny! I'm so glad you like some of my tips! Good call on the folic acid, so it'd be an excellent thing to eat while TTC. :)
Yummy! Those dried cherrie made my mouth water! I love granola! Of course, my mind immediately wanted to add chocolate chips or even dark chocolate to it! hehe...Thanks for the recipe!
Nice! You've inspired me to get off my butt and do some baking tonight! Granola sounds pretty good right about now! Thinking I might tweak your recipe a bit and add in some flax or hemp seed. I'm so jealous of your pecan tree! What a treat it would be to be able to have fruit and nut trees!
@hollyehughes Yeah, tweak away, you can't really go wrong. The pecan tree is actually our neighbors' but they fall into our yard too. :) Hope you like it!
hello, Thank you for your Granola recipe. I wanted to ask a question, why do you heat the wet ingredient? Love your channel .
