I use to think that and he was no doubt a solid president. However his short sightedness of the threat of Osama Bin Laden proved to be a factor in 9/11 although not the only factor. I think he is also overcredited with the economic boom of the 90's. I attribute it to Microsoft, Apple, and the invention of the internet, all of that created millions of jobs. However as a democrat he is no doubt the best prez in my lifetime, Obama may surpasse him though.

The ONLY way Hilary can say she had more popular votes is by NOT counting all the people that showed up in caucus states.What is counted are the # of delegates that go onthe the next level. Go to CNN and look up the results of caucus states, multiply the "votes" by 12 or more (actual multiplier may fuctuate from township to township) and you may get an Idea of what the truth really is.
