it's not that great. it looks amazing at the beginning but the walking back and forth for quests just gets annoying after a week of playing.

you cant change faces or hair, there are 36 characters you can pick from

umm there are only 4 classes, the others are UPC, which is an NPC that you can obtain their card and create the UPC and you can play them

and btw, even if you can't change the hair, you can still wear wig

You can change the hair and buy costumes lol, usually (at least in sword of the new world) you can buy them at the market manager easily, but you need some lvls like 64 and 84 (each character is different) to wear them.

wig is the fake hair, you can't wear hat when you wear wig, which gives you different hair style.

better have 2. Perfect world online and Granado Espada. You'll be amazed! Both are different but combining these two game makes it perfect. Both game lacks of something. But both also are nice!
