  • Can you do a video on how you apply it plzzz

  • Why don't you just buy 100% natural aloe vera juice? Its a lot easier than fumbling with the entire plant.

  • I think this will really work best if you use the gel first and seal it with the shea butter! I have and my hair 4A/B feels and looks great!

  • hey what brand of brush is that or do you remember where you bought it??

  • I detangle with aloe vera gel and oil. I can only imagine how much more slippery the real stuff is.

  • Im a fan of the Aloe only Made from Earth skincare line. I have never seen a more natural aloe. It is not a gel - its a thick lotion-type product that feels exactly like aloe.

No scent, no color. Just aloe vera.

It is refreshing straight out of the bottle at room temp or can be kept in the frig for a more cooling, soothing immediate effect.

  • @sterg17 Do you use this on your hair? I looked it up and it says it is for skin, but the ingredients seem like most of the ingredients people use on their hair (glycerin, coconut oil, etc). Do you think its fine to use on hair?

  • hey sista

  • How you prepared your aloe vera gel?

  • the aloe vera gel stains badly. how do you deal with that when it's on your hair and you sweat while wearing light colored clothes or resting on cushions?

  • The slimy substance is used to as a laxative. It's the hard gel that has the desired nutrients. I love aloe vera for my hair

  • hi crown of history im summer i am having a bit of trouble with ma hair its all locked up and its a bit frizy no its a lot frizzy lol and i want to get rid of it i heard the aloe is very good for ur hair so i want to know how exactly did u blend it to make it so goowy. did u blend the raw gel itself or u blend the raw gel with the skin to get the extra thickness please reply thanks in advance

  • I would like to heal a few scars on my leg and my skin gets dry at times , I wanted to know if i purchase aloe vera from the store what kind should i get for dry skin? I mean is it a gel/cream or lotion? does anyone know?

  • Both pure shea butter and pure aloe vera are excellent for healing scars, stretch marks etc. The shea butter is like a hard butter(like cocoa butter). Aloe vera in the stores is like jello but the natural one straight from the leaf is slimy. Incorporate them into your preferred body butter or use them in their natural forms.

  • Hi CrownofHisglory,

Thank you for making this video! I know it was made over a year ago, but I was just watching it today and I loveit! If I may ask, "Did you just blend the Aloe Vera plant with water in your blender? From the video, it was a really wite paste you got from it? Did you take out the skin before blending? I would love to know how you did it! I love Aloe Vera so much. And lso, where did you purchase the plant. Thank you so much for your help and God bless.

  • what exactly do's aloe vera do to your hair....and can i just only aloe vera in my hair or do i have to wash it out.

  • What kind of hair brush are you using?

  • a denman knock off...

  • Great vid. I detangle with aloe vera gel and oil/s. Works like a charm!

  • Oh so you blended the hard jelly that is in the aloe plant?

  • the living foods of earth will do much more than just fix your hair..lol youve done great things showingpeople a little thing for cosmetics, in conjuction people should understand what living plants can do for health in general. tthey will see. but thank you for sharing your discovery. skin, pores eyes teeth, can all be be beutiful from living foods..salba,maca, marine phyto plankton, hemp, goji berries will et you the man lol trust me.look into it!!

  • SUGGESTION: You should have tried to melt the Shea butter and use a blender to blend the she butter and aloe. Then let it sit to harden again. Then apply to hair.

  • microwaving it could denature some of the chemical properties that makes she so great....

  • where'd you find shea butter?

  • beautiful girl and nice voice

  • where'd u buy the aloe plant?

  • I think she grew it in her house or in her yard because I found out that aloe plant can be planted at home.

  • hi, if u dont mind me asking..what is your hair type?

  • Do you ever have a problem with a "film" being left on your hair after using shea butter? I do and i was wondering if it was something i was doing wrong. i love the stuff, but i have a "ashy" look on my hair afterwards. Maybe using too much? Also, do you think that adding oils and aloe like you have, makes a difference and might get rid of that ashen look? I will have to try this! I have a denman and i like it. Where can i find an aloe vera plant that hasn't had any pesticides added to it?

  • yes, you have to use it sparingly... experimenting is the best way to find out the answers to the questions you have... an organic food store should have aloe without pesticides.

  • did you rinse after putting it? or not?

  • no I didn't rinse

  • Thanks :)

  • If you have film being left on your hair it is because your using shea butter that has been mixed with something. I know one brand to look out for is "African shea butter" is kind has a yellow background on cap. They'll sell you tainted butter. If you don't believe me type in " Don't buy it! their shea butter" ! Pass the word on about this company!!!!

  • No i believe you! I know alot of companies that claim to have pure things really do not so i am not surprised. I think i may have bought that too! If so, i will trash it and thanks so much for the info :)

  • Seriously this ish works, after watching this video I ran out and got a aloe vera plant... and 100% shea butter from whole foods and denman.... Praise The LORD I have tenderist head on Earth and my hair "just out of braids" for 3 months combed out with ease... Good Looks yo.. Xo

  • when you do so, do you rinse after? or just left it in your hair just as a leave-in conditioner?

  • Where can I find aloe vera? I don't see alot of them around me.

  • which model of denman brush are you using?

  • pretty hair! i'ma try this i have alot of aloe plants around here--a lot.

  • is that a denman brush? what kind

  • so u actually take the plant ...the green plant... cut it open and take out the stuff..and use it on your hair?

  • yes!!! ppl do that! and they use it on they skin too durrrrr

  • OMG, your hair is gorgeous! Thank you for this video.

  • Thank you so much!

  • where did u get the narural shea butter from

  • You have very pretty hair!

  • Have you ever checked out ladykpnyc's channel? She has a video on making a shea aloe vera paste. It would help save you time...

  • Can't wait to check it out... thanks for the referral!

  • you have beautiful hair

  • Where did you get the aloe vera plant from?

  • Any grocery store in the produce section

  • I need to get me an aloe plant save money

  • haha that's so funny. it seemed like you read my mind because right before you explained why you squint, I was thinking "why does she squint like that? She was squinting in her other video too." Now I know. lol.Oh, and good video too. Where do you get the raw shea butter from?

  • hey does the shea butter smell funny? i have a few jars because i figured the first went bad, which seemed weird..but does it have an odor?

  • It does have a fragrance. I buy the raw shea, other's come with fragrance. I know carol's daughter products have shea butter in them with wonderful frangrances. I try not to mix my perfumes when I have a lot of it on my hair just in case the smell is stronger than my nose can detect. But on the other hand, to a lot of people, the smell of shea butter is an aphrodesiac (sp?)..lol!

  • thank u so much :D

  • Who knew that we could just use the aloe vera plant for moisture. Thanks for that tip. And shea butter? Must work better than oils. Also, I couldn't see the brush that well but I assume it's made of plastic with no tips at the end. Your texture is similar to mine at the front and I find sinlg twists/coils the prettiest. If you haven't tried it yet, see if you like it. Just like you were doing when you put each section up but let it hang, dry, and separate after. Simply beautiful and fast

  • Hey Laila, the brush is amazing - made by Goodie...do you have a video of the kind of twists your talking about? I'm curious and would love to try it out! Thanks!

  • That brush looks just like the Denman brush (I didn't know that Goodie made a similar brush!). I love my Denman ... I use mine to detangle after putting conditioner in sopping wet hair ... it's amazing. Then I rinse the conditioner out combing my fingers thru to keep it detangled. I will have to try this method for detangling too. I add aloe vera gel to my shea butter to use for twistouts.

  • nice video can u do a product review

  • Hey there...check out my product wrap up for a few product reviews...I'd also be happy to try out a product and review it on Youtube as well. Send me a message and I'll give you my P.O. box for product reviews...Crown

  • Your hair is beautiful, I like it when it is wild. It looks great asa freestyle look!
