So, we are human and we can't be perfect and we do sin... we need to change our path and repent. But, we all struggle and then we do sin again.....what Bible verses say that sin would seperate us from God? Because we sin every day.....
Some say that you sin, you lose your salvation.....but that's not true. Some say Once saved always saved and that doesn't seem right...because you could reject Christ and fall away. So, what does the Bible say?
it's the attitude of the heart that counts. we all stumble, but God honors those that honor Him. 1Jn says those born from above cannot sin - he means they cannot practice sin with a clear conscience and tranquil spirit. Paul says we should call on the name of the Lord from a pure heart and depart from iniquity. The believer doesn't lose salvation by failing, but he needs to press in and gain the victory. He will find nothing else acceptable to his heart and spirit. Blessings.
We need to stay away from deceptions. If you stay with God, it is pretty easy to pick out a deception from the beginning. You have to turn away from it immediately, because if you don't and you keep looking at it...it will pull you in. Then it will be very easy to sin and you will feel horrible.

I have been a hypocrite going to church rememebering Lil of the Message.I came to realize the things I have learned are the things I went out and practiced and guess what my sister not only did I rememeber the teachings of that sunday. Know what I learned??? That if we knowingly try to go out lookin sexy & all dolled up,spending hours in mirror tryin to get others to stare/LUST- THATS A SIN! I was actually causing others to sin or you could say causing to stumble!The Lord revealed to me how wicked this was & I stopped.
wanted to mention here quickly that the devil LOVES to use our own egos against us..I was chained up with this for years-PRIDE & vanity... I used to have a HUGE issue with vanity & being VAIN & the LORD showed me that I was not to glory in myself, but glorify HIM...The Lord taught me that I needed to step down off my lil pedestal..that I was being corrupted by exalting myself & letting complements go to my head.

Yep, the devil usually does not come looking BAD, but rather as an 'angel of light'- meaning he comes to tempt us in a way that makes us think 'ohh...it's no big deal...' EVEN RATIONALIZING IT IN OUR MINDS! Let me just tell you RIGHT NOW, when we start RATIONALIZING- there is something NOT right...
