My boyfriend and I aren't married and I was offered housing here at the University Village for myself and my daughter. How strict are they about checking if there are other people who are not on the lease in the apt.???

@ntanc001: It all depends. Most of the enforcement of any rules will come from your neighbors and/or maintenance people. In any event, I wouldn't recommend it.
