is pit a cheap fighter?

I find him a bit hard to fight against - lots of rapid attack spam combined with the bow which does a decent bit of damage.
I don't find him as annoying to fight against as a good fox player though.
By the way, the lan adapter (mentioned in the video description) did not fix the lag for me.
