Don't apply so mAny coats, do the bottom coat with some what alot of polish, not to much, it's okay if that layer comes out streaky,let the first layer completely dry, the layer of polish over that b more careful, apply more polish then u did with the first layer, the streaks to b covered, don't do a top coat, I fined no use in a top coat, I paint my nails everyday on a daily basis, I fins the top coat doesn't really help, and just do 2 layers, dont do the 3rd touch up one, ju

I love all the Essie COlors , they are gorgeous, i even own two that I never use anymore becuz i have heard that they have a harsh chemical that causes cancer and opi used to have that chemical too, they still have it in their 2009 formulas but not in their recent ones. D: Any comments about this?

The problem I have with Essie is drying. Right now I have the color Good is good on, which is a shear purple color. So since its sheer I apply 2 coats and just little touch up coats. After that I just put on a top coat. But the problem is I'v had it on for over an hour right now and its wont completely dry. Its very sapy and I feel as if I could just scratch it off. Any suggestions?
