I've had 4 300 games and a boatload more 298 or 299. I prefer when people on either side of me keep bowling as opposed to stopping and watching.

But does anyone remember when 10 lanes on either side of a guy shooting 300 would shut down for the tenth and every strike was met with thunderous applause? It was surreal watching this video and people on the lane next to him were oblivious.

@krazifan Yeah, I shot mine two years ago at our Youth city tournament when I was 14

It's a 64 lane house all filled with youth, men, and women. No a lane was bowling when I got to the tenth. People standing on tables behind me with thunderous cheering.

At 14.....talk about being nervous

I don't think they knew he had a perfect game going. We rack up a lot of strikes and the scores only show 5 frames at a time.

Well I guess it doesn't, but around where I live, whenever there is a possibility of a 300, everyone stops and lets the person concentrate, I just see that as common courtesy.
