@MegaBennyBlanco Wow, I think your post says so much about what people who love this genre of music think and feel about the Allman Brothers and other music of their earlier era as well as today. I'm sure you'll continue to enjoy hip hop, but I think I'm speaking for a lot of ABB fans when I say, "MegaBennyBlanco, Welcome Home".
I was at this show as I have attended my fair share of Great Woods ABB shows. This one happened to be filmed as a pay per view, so I know better quality is out there. It was also the first tour with Oteil Burbridge on the bass and Jack Pearson on guitar. Both of these guys were great compliments to this hall of fame band. Oteil has remained with them since, but sadly Jack had to leave because of his tinnitus troubles. He sits in occasionally, which is nice. A truly soulful player.
