Where's the higher quality?

The seats are leather,the aircraft is new. And TBH the 737-800 is no different in ecomony to KLM, SAS or Norwegian air.

I've flown BA in ecomony and the aircraft was old, leather seats damaged and falling apart, and the interior dirty.

Okay you don't quite the pleasant welcome as you would on any other airline, but why should that matter?

BA, virgin, luthansa, monarch, thomson etc operate aircraft as old as 1989, you'd expect new aircraft for the premium in the ticket

Like T-Mobile....just not nearly as good. Cheap and tacky like the company. Don't get me wrong the dancers can dance but there is no feeling of euphoria created like I have seen in other similar flash videos.

personally I dont like the fact a large company is using youtube as part of its advertising campaign. do not give these people the time of day, they wouldn't for you. this is not about the dubious dancers, its more about a capitalist company benefiting from people watching this.

Actually, ryanair is the most affordable airline out of manchester. Flew with them to palma majorca this year for £30 return, a good £50 cheaper than any other airline. And will do the same for £30 return to Milan at the end of this month.

Either read the hype and continue getting ripped off by jet2/monarch and easyjet, or fly with ryanair. flew with them 13 times this year alone.

@EinkOLED there's a reason why it's consistently voted the worst airline in the world. well actually there are many. hygiene standards, unfriendly and unenthusiastic staff, poorly maintained plane fleet etc the list goes on. this airline's slogan should be 'You get what you pay for, if you're lucky!"

@EinkOLED don't tell me, tell the thousands of people who have voted this. The only reason it is the second largest carrier is because almost everybody has very little money. and how does proof of your bookings instate your point? I bought a McDonald's meal today, I can give you the receipt to prove it. Doesn't mean their food is some of the best in the country. Cheap isn't necessarily the best. Yeah they have competitive prices but the majority would prefer to pay that bit extra for quality.

Quality of service is no different from any other budget airline,yet the fares are still substantially more expensive.

The seat pitch is generous, their aircraft are new high quality 737's which are no different in economy than KLM/SAS/Air Berlin/Norwegian and Turkish Airlines. And even most of those airlines such as SAS have a BOB only service.

Okay the cabin crew are not the freindliest, but when I'm saving 700% on a ticket, who cares?

It gets you from A - B so why do people expect more????
