  • What an upgrade dude !

  • cooool

  • hey, thats only the stock gyro yeh?

i can never get my tail to stay straight.

no matter how hard i try and fine tune it.

it always seems to wanna turn one way lol :<.

should i turn the gain on the gyro?

does that help a bit lol?

  • use trim for small and moving servo for bigger correction. Turn gain until you get tailwag and then turn gain a bit down from that point :D

  • ok, thank you very much. ill giv it a shot :).

    cheers mkee.

  • hey my honey bee king 2 turn clockwise a bit and i trimmed it but it still turn which way should moved the servo inwards or outwards

  • ok i understand :What battery you have in your king 2? becouse my 1000mah go so fast.

and where are you buy that battery?

  • now I have 1800 mAh and 1500 mAh from esky. buy from hobbypeople

  • how you can fly that copter so good in 3rd?

becouse i have that thy and that is so hard thy fly.

  • practice with lama3 before hbk2. also do setup for copter before flying so it is easier to control :D

  • should i get lama deluxe pack or honey bee king 2??? i have a huge paddock and my friend will get the opposite one to me so i don't know?? i like the idea of flying inside with the Lama but can it cope with the wind??

  • Your answer is: if you need to fly outside go for HBK2, Lama is, even the deluxe is inside heli unless there is like zero wind outside.

  • is this heli easy to fly and did you have to much work on it before you flew it or did it come rtf and how much harder is it to fly than a lama because i have a robins 22 which is lke the same and am looking for a bigger challenge is this the right helicopter?

  • hehe, my motor and ESC jsut burned lol, so If you havent changed your stock ESC and motor yet then do it :P

Lucky me I orderd a new brushless outrunner 3900kv with a new ESC yesterday :P

  • There you have it. Same experience :D

  • I see yourusing the brushed motor and ESC. Has the motor burnt on you yet? Mine made 4 flights but I ordered the brushless at the same time so swapped it in, what a difference.

  • This one was like number four. The motors are piece of s**t. Have also upgraded since. It was hard to believe that they let this brushed combination out. Other chinese are even worse though. Like Walkera line - take my word DO NOT TOUCH Walkera :D

  • I learned with a walkera Venom 3DXL never got it to fly but got lots of great spare parts. Many fit the Trex 450 I have now.

  • Ive Got a Lama V3 Extreme Selling it on ebay to get the King!

  • what should I get for ex parts other then the motor and speed controll

  • consider HH gyro. Carbon blades are nice. Tail servo can be digital(faster). Besides that best thing to do is lubricate ball links and moving parts well w teflon oil :D much smoother. I have also upgraded rotor head w more bearings since but that is not a must.

  • those two are like what you really HAVE TP CHANGE...engine and esc.

  • or just buy a belt-cp and just change gyro with a futaba gy240 for example and only if you want a better rudder servo and you'll have an excellent heli.

  • thanks

  • I just orderd the yellow one is there anything that I should know about it

  • just useful to know that engine/ESC upgrade is a good idea. Check the tension of the tail belt so that the belt teeth do not "jump" over. Also link lenght and basic adjustment normally needed. Not RTF out of the box as it says. There you go :-)

  • honey bee king2 are much better than belt cp. well thats what i reckon.

  • Nice flying. I got that same heli and i had a lama v3 for 3 months before and av had 4 flights and am not as good as you lol and ive already spend £30 on it =s

  • 4200kv, cnc head for a higher head speed and cnc tail, and carbon blades 3d is great lol

  • now upgraded heli to Belt CP already. More stable and enough power w std config. ;-) Still have HoneyBee...we´ll see maybe lol

  • i sell you my brushless version for £100

  • got cure for that done. thanks

  • Dude, yes they do use that heli for the demos. they just have the 3800kv motor in it. Good flying BTW.

  • Thats the point. Demos can not be done w brushed motor that is in this package ;-)
