Just decided to watch the US version after the UK version. I guess I'm used to watching the UK version, since Im well, from UK. Alan Sugar can be equally serious and funny at the same time. If anyone here has seen everyone from the US version, is it actually as serious, and funny, with the added asshole contestants in as well? We see the drama of the show interspersed with the street scenes in NYC: hustle & bustle of busy people going about their business - scenes which perhaps neglect the people who are maybe weakest of all in Trump's eyes: the homeless, the prostitutes, the drug users, etc.

Every city has that side, but in this show it's all about success through financial gain - as if that's all there is to be gained in life! How false.

When Trump fired four people all at once, I was shocked, but at the same time I knew that were all accountable for their parts. I mean, come on, sales was less than 30% within a team that consisted of so many people?! That's a huge disappointment. I don't blame The Donald for that.

Getting back to this clip, Alla was just downright awful, but you could see in Felisha's eyes that she wasn't tough enough for the position. :( I liked her, but Donald Trump wants the best and the tough. *shrugs*

But in that particular ep, where Excel's sales fell 34%..it was mostly James' fault for that batting cage, and that's what drew the people away from the merchandise and thus the selling (which Jennifer was in charge of). They could've told Josh about this, but Noooo...

It was mostly Josh's and Jennifer's fault. Josh came up with the theme for baseball because of James' athletic background, and Jennifer, because she was more of a liability, rather than a team player.
