  • Yeah, I have been hearing one of Randi's promos for her radio show, she talks about Republirats wanting to "steal one last traunch of money, the Social Security trust fund". I hope everyone knows that the trust fund has NO MONEY in it, it has NON-FUNGIBLE, CLASS SS T-BILLS.....WORTHLESS. Is SS backed up by a SS trust fund filled with.......gold, silver, platinum, priceless art, blue chip stocks, dollars or other currency............NO, AL GORE'S LOCKBOX IS BASICALLY BROKE AND BROKEN.

  • Fuck this AWOL military deserter. She's a GED educated libtard! Who gives a shit what this drunk, drug addicted whore thinks or says? She claimed she was "attacked & beaten" by NEOCONS......She actaully got so drunk, she fell down & knocked her own teeth out.

    LIBTARDS! What losers.

  • libtard? military deserter? whore? Must be in the same class as Limpbaugh, Slanthead Hannity. They all work for the same company now.

  • What is the truth? This cunt ran her mouth and got bitch slapped by her own people! I LOVE IT! It just shows that liberalism is the snake eating its own tail!

  • So on the basis of a purported call in from a Hillary stafffer this Rhodes lady ....

I can't stand Hillary but this Air America lady ought to be kicked out of the radio business.

  • Hillary is trying to get McCain elected so she can run again in 2012.

  • The Hillery Campaign and its lackeys like Ferraro are appealing to racism on the part of some voters as a tactic, you'd have to be blind and deaf to have missed that.

Now Randi Rhodes is forced out to Air America

As I recall AIR AMERICA'S boss Mark Green split the Democratic party in NYC by his alleged use of subtle racism in his futile quest for the Mayor's office as few years back. Interesting.

    Heil Hillery

  • Randi Rhodes looks like a tranny WH*RE!

  • you can't force someone to apologize. ecspecially when they're right. Hitlery may not be a racist herself but she keeps pretty bad company, is therefore guilty by association.

  • Ferraro isn't a racist. Obama is the most gifted orator I've heard speak in decades. But the simple fect remains that many who support (and who oppose) him are doing so on the basis of race.

Pointing out that fact isn't racism. If you believe it is, perhaps you should learn the definition of simple English terms.

  • If you can admit that Obama is a gifted orator, then doesn't it follow simple logic to suggest that people are rallying their support behind him based on his words rather than his race?

What you are really inferring about Obama's appeal is what you see in him rather than what we see in him. How does anyone who asserts that we would support a man based solely on his race rather than his ability not be exhibiting some sort of racist undertone?

  • very well said!

  • No, it doesn't follow. Yes, **some** support Obama because of his message. But many others support him because of his race.

You think it's an accident he wins black states by 3:1 or even 4:1 margins, yet fights Clinton tooth-and-nail for white states? Good god, open your eyes!

  • He says things that most black communities want to hear. He is pro labor, he believes in affirmative action, and is far more understanding to the poor than Hill. Being black may help his cause, but if he were white he would still carry these "black states" by a hefty margin

  • > "Being black may help his cause..."

    Thanks for agreeing with me.

  • Yes, I agree it helps. But, where we disagree is that you seem to think that it's the only reason blacks vote for him. And that couldn't be more wrong.

  • Can you not understand plain English? I said it's the reason *some* blacks vote for him. It's also the reason some whites vote for him...and why some vote against him.

This is nothing but simple truth, and is no more racist than pointing out that Mitt Romney took 90% of the Utah vote on the strength of his Mormom background.

  • Then why are you defending Feraro? She implied that he got to where he is only because he is black. That IS racist and for you to defend her is stupid. She's not getting off the hook she is a racist bitch, and anyone who defends her comes off as such. Because, her comments are indefensable.

  • I don't think you even know what the word racist means. Ferraro may be right, or she may be wrong -- but its not a racist remark.

And -- as pointed out numerous times here -- at least part of Obama's support derives from him being black. Which means she's at least partly correct.

  • Why bring race into it? There are ignorant people who will only vote for Obama because he's black, but there are more people who won't vote for him for that reason. Which I believe is the only reason Clinton even remains in the race. If he were white and had the same message I think he would already have run away with the election. Unfortunately bigots like Geraldine Ferarro far outnumber open-minded people in this country by about 8 to 1.

  • Why bring race into it? Are you serious? Have you been asleep the past 45 years? Race is one of the hottest push-button topics political topics out there. Ignoring race in a political election is childishly ignorant...and ignoring it in Obama's case is doubly so.

  • You continue to make these ludicrous assertions without any proof other than the baseless opinions of one Geraldine Ferraro, who intentionally insulted all of Barack Obama supporters with an impudence remark.

Insults do not make for the truth, no matter how much you may believe in them. No one who supports Barack Obama agrees with Ferraro, yet if you were ever right, you should have found hundreds of people supporting him for the verry reasons you state.

    Have you found anyone, yet?

  • > "Have you found anyone, yet? "

You mean besides the founder of BET? (btw, the "B" in that stands for "Black").

Guess he's just a racist also, eh?

  • Mine was a rhetorical question. Rhetorical questions, by their nature, don't require answers. I did notice, however, that you placed the imperative 'eh' at the end of your question, which specifically denotes that your question is not rhetorical, and requires an answer.

Bob Johnson, the billionaire founder of BET, is a top financial supporter of the Hillary Clinton campaign. And by that, I see you still haven't found anyone who supports Obama for the reasons you state. Interesting...

  • > "Rhetorical questions, by their nature, don't require answers"

Especially when you don't like those answers, eh?

    > "Bob Johnson, the billionaire founder of BET, is a top financial supporter of the Hillary Clinton campaign"

Ah, so he's a black man, making anti-black racist comments...simply because he supports Hillary?

Or perhaps he's telling the truth?

  • Now you are being irrational, setting up a straw man, while I am trying to make a reasonable argument.

The reason why you can't find an Obama supporter that agrees with your assertion that their support is based on his race rather than his words and deeds is because that straw man doesn't exist. Geraldine Ferraro thought she could keep super delegates from defecting they way they were by characterizing Obama supporters with that racist slur. It backfired. Ask Bill Richardson.

  • Lol, I don't think you know what the word 'strawman' even means. You certainly don't know the meaning of the word 'racist'.

Saying Obama is getting support because of his race can be correct or it can be false. But it's not inherently racist. Plain and simple.

  • I disagree. You have made it abundantly clear that your assertions are based on his race and nothing else. Assertions that are certainly racial bigoted for they suppose something you could not possibly know--the motivation of each one of Obama's supporters. Such thinking when attributed to someone's race is—yes—inherently racists and adheres to tenets of racialism.

Geraldine Ferraro might as Well as said all of Obama's supports were "a bunch of N--Lovers". The effect is about the same.

  • Wrong on every point. First and most importantly, Bob Johnson -- and many other blacks -- have said the same thing Ferraro did. Obama's support is largely due to his race. Now, those people can be right or wrong. But their viewpoint isn't inherently racist. How could it be? You think they hate themselves?

As for the ridiculous notion that one has to know the motivation of each and every supporter simply to generalize what *some* of them feel, that's too laughable for words.

  • Let me get this straight. Because Bob Johnson is a black man, who financial supports the Hillary Clinton campaign, am suppose to believe him when he parrots Geraldine Ferraro? Please!

As for the ridiculous notion that one has to generalize each and every Obama supporter simple to assert his or her possible motivations for voting for him, you have still to find me one Obama supporter who agrees with you. And if you are in any way right, there should be hundreds who do. Found anyone, yet?

  • Are you sure your eyes are open to the truth? Barack Obama won Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. All with black population less than 10%, and 2/3rds with Black populations of less than 3%. His greatest victories were in these predominately white states, which you say he had to fight for 'tooth and nail'. Hardly.

  • The founder of BET TV just came out and said Ferraro was right. Are you going to call him a racist also?

  • I disagree with that whole heartedly. Many people I know support Obama because he brings a message they want to hear. Personally, I don't hear anything I want to from him. But, I don't believe he got to where he is simply because he's black is very demeening and racist. I hate Ferraro's comments they are intentionally divisive and completely unfounded.

  • The mere fact that you find the truth meaning doesn't make it untrue.

  • Boy, I MISS you, Randi. You're funny and the smartest person I know ... you could certainly take O'Reilly, Limbaugh and Hannity with 3/4 brain tied behind your back. The idiots probably can't begin to know what you're talking about in this youtube.

  • Rhodes should have NEVER been suspended for this! It's a disgrace.

Hillary Clinton is a LYING sociopathic-narcissist in the minds of most Americans.

Her propensity to LIE is enormous. The bigger story is about Hillary's pastor and spiritual advisor, Pastor William Procanik, convicted on January 22, 2008 for CHILD MOLESTATION, for "inappropriately touching" a 7-year old child.

  • this girl is not very smart. do the math. obama is the cause of the record turnout of voters? hello 26M votes cast - Obama 13.4 Clinton 12.6. so that must mean that a helluva lot of them are coming out to vote against him. oh she says obama understands the economy? haha on The View last week it wasn't even in his top three. more crap from obamabots that are just hillary haters who want anyone but Hillary. it took rhodes alcoholic rantings for the truth to come out.

  • Randi Rhodes was actually on the job during her drunken rantings. Even though she was not on the air, she was at an Air America sponsored event and was there as their representative. Thus, she was on the job. When one is on the job, one is on company time and is not a private citizen and is subject to company standards of behavior. Sorry, First Amendment doesn't apply when at work.

  • RANDI RHODES is right on.

Fuck AIR AMERICA and their CENSORSHIP.

    RANDI is being CENSORED.

  • No more CLINTON LIES, PLEASE PEOPLE IN PENN VOTE SMART VOTE FOR THE BEST CANDIDATE WE EVER HAD! OBAMA!!!

  • Put down the breakfast donut!

  • Hillary supporters, wake up. You know very well that Hillary lied once again and once again got caught. You only wish Barack lied but even though he didn't you will pretend he did to avoid doing what you head tells you is right and support Barack. Your heart won't let you give up the dream of electing a woman as president, and you don't have to. But what you must do is wait until a better one comes along, one we can all support; in about 8 years.

  • hello obama lies everyday and no one hears him. heres just one. go watch his selma speech when he said his parents met after selma (his alcoholic polygamous father had already abandoned him by then). he lied about knowing about wrights comments 3-14. he lied about NAFTA. 3-2. just go watch for yourself. who the hell cares about a lie when everyone knows it was a lie and the one who lied admitted it was a lie and made fun of herself. supporting hillary has nothing to do with her being a woman.

  • To comment like just did is a sign of mental illness and i will ignore anything you have to say from now on!

  • Well Randi Rhodes now knows what it feels like to be a self-professed liberal. We believe in freedom of speech only if you agree with us. If not, we throw you under the bus. I have no sympathy for you Rhodes. Your limited radio career is over.

  • What a PIG. Gimmie a C Gimmie U Gimmie N Gimme a T... Whats that spell?

    Im Rick James Bitch

  • Rhodes is certainly putting on the pounds lately!

  • cheap shots about putting on weight and drinking rumors ..don't get you far...the goddess of radio tells it like it is and bye bye hilary, liar above all...and randi, free to speak truth...i saw nothing but a great comedy club performance and listen to great radio...did you hear about Hil getting attacked in Bosnia a few weeks ago with Chelsea, sheryl crow and sinbad, yeah, from the mouth of Hilary herself, she's the one digging her hole along with the station carrying her koolaid air america

  • The Goddess of radio? Rofl, more like the Goddess of foulmothed whores and bad jokes.

  • Actually that's Geraldine Ferraro you're thinking of...

  • I don't think of Geraldine Ferraro....not even on a bad night after too much tequila.

  • Hillary is a foul bitch who needs to be told in plain english that she is a fucking bitch.

  • NAFTA Initialing Ceremony, October 1992

Bush's government, Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, spearheaded the negotiations of Bush's primary negotiator was Trade Sec Carla Hills. While initial signing was possible during his term, negotiations made slow steady progress during Bush's term. President Clinton would go on to make passage of NAFTA a priority for his administration, despite its conservative and Republican roots, with the addition of two side agreements,to achieve its passage in 1993

  • Wow...what a very smart, very beautiful person. I've rediscovered her show again.

    Thanx Randi...

  • She's lovely - never pretends to be other than she is - and she's got hillary by short hairs - VOTE OBAMA

  • Ahh attack the messenger and try to disregard the issues....politics has taught you well.

  • Maybe true...(probably not) But she's right about Hillary

  • Hillary is a lying Globalist turd , she needs to be permanently flushed from politics

  • Unlike a lot of people who say they'll vote for McCain if Hilary gets the nomination, I will refuse to do that. Are you so willing to jeopardize the existence of the US, not to mention mankind that you're gonna do something like that? The other side wants to bring about the End of Days!

And no, I'm not a religious nut; they've said as much themselves. This is one of those times when "the devil you know" is not the better choice.

  • Email this around like crazy all day and all night to as many mass mailing lists that you have. thanks my friends.

  • Another thing that Randi said was that whenever Hillary Clinton points a finger at Barack there are 3 more pointing back at her. She is projecting her own major issues onto him. I think she will eventually destroy herself in this process because the people will eventually see through her.

  • Hillary will stop at nothing to get the Presidency. She is incredibly power hungry and it's about time that the old time Democrats in places like Pennsylvania and elsewhere wake up to what she is really up to.

  • Hillary Clinton (D) - D for divisive. She certainly is no longer a Democrat.

  • Things of this nature need to be circulated more!

  • it's so unfortunate, but yes, if hillary doesn't get the nomination, i will cast my vote for john mccain. i have never voted republican in my life...

the clinton campaign contacted the canadian gov't? keep reaching. that myth has already been debunked. c'mon randi, i used to listen to you religiously on 1190AM and 1600AM, but i can't stomach this hillary bashing anymore.

  • Jkts,

You do realize the Clintons, themselves enacted NAFTA right?

  • The question isn't whether or not the Clinton adminstration enacted NAFTA, the question is whether or not the Hillary campaign gave backdoor assurances to the Canadian Gov't that Hillary's current position on NAFTA is just "political positioning". The Obama campaign did that and lied about it, the Hillary campaign didn't do that and that was confirmed that Canada's PM.

  • So if she loses fairly and does not get more delegates or more of the popular vote you are going to vote republican for the first time. How immature, take your ball and go home!

  • Thanks for posting this. I'm sure it cost him a lot of votes in Ohio. NAFTA is a huge issue there.
