Thermomix blogger making Heston Blumenthal Meat Fruit recipe at home: mandarin 'skin'

It gets easier after the first time. Everything can be done ahead in a more relaxed way, leaving the mandarin coating for last. My first batch was very much worth the effort but subsequent batches were even better than that ;-) "Bravo" from one Thermolunatic to another ;-)

ps - I have newer, better videos for this recipe to add here... just no time to do it all. Much like the shoemaker, methinks Thermomix bloggers need "elves" too.

Yes CubbieCohen, but it's still magic in your mouth! And oh, this one takes a while to execute properly, I'd be happy to have Heston make it for me at Dinner, instead of making my own ;-)
