Just did your workout and now about to go for a 2 mile jog. It was so tough! But just enough to where I could do everything and all the reps while still pushing myself. I've started my workout routine at 3 times per week... So far I'm about 3 weeks in. Is it normal to not see any results at all yet? Will 3 times per week not be enough to get results? @disbihh352 ugh not us! We started getting issues with our ankles, and after seeing Mike Scott DPT from MikeScottdptDOTcom (Doctor of Physical Therapy) we found out that the 'Shock' on the shoes was actually eliminating any sort of flex in the foot strike, and causing the forefoot to slam into the ground too hard. The best solution was the Skecher Go-RUN :) they promote a Mid-Sole foot strike that is as natural as can be :) and so much fun to run now
I want my legs to be thinner or just stay the same I font want to get them muscly or anything all I want is to tone my stomach not get full on abbs aswell just tone it up pretty much can someone please recommend a exercise that does exactly what u want thanks xxx

Also whenever I do an exercise with the movement of my hip joint It pops in and out and I can hear my joints cracking together. I have this problem in most of my body including any exercise requiring the use of my shoulder blades. Do you think that the exercise routines will help or could they possibly be hurting me since I am constantly cracking. I am young and very th

@Luna9201991 i was reading your comment and i have the same exact issue as you, my hip joints pops in and out, actualy it doesnt matter what i do, they just pop out, and sometimes it hurts like hell... i was diagnosed with lack of blood circulation wich causes corrosion of the bone itself and sooner or later I will need artificial joints because of that... however i keep workin' out cause i dont like to stop even if I have some ealth problem.
I have a question for you girls; how do i keep maintaining an exercise routine? I tend to have good intentions, but then give up or forget later on. It's very hard for me to actually keep with it enough to make a difference. :/

@rzlgq1025 no, they're just plugging a diet in the comments of videos, so the likes of you and me will see it and look it up and hopefully try it. The only pounds you'll lose will be in the purse, but enough people are desperate enough to try anything. I'm seeing lots of this stuff in various sites' comment sections
When you work the lower abs with lifting the legs, there are people who may have excessive anterior tilt of the pelvis, so they need support under the butt, or they'll hurt their lower back
So I just did the beach babe workout, followed by the bikini blast circuit, followed by this, the itty bitty bikini workout. To top it off, I am now contemplating going for a run. I am a bit of a sweaty betty right now though, will defo be looking forward to a shower!!
@moofeyy You basically just copy the video. They do all 3 sets in it so you only need to do the video once. You can do the video 3 times if you want, though if you can you must have amazing abs!!

@melaniedogs check out the park center at your town..mine has a free indoor track. or try burpees with adding an extra jump when u come up. i do this between intervals for more cardio

I love your workouts. They're not super tedious like a lot of stuff you do in the gym, but they're not super complex to the point that you confuse yourself with what you're doing midway through. I love that ya'll actually know what you're talking about too, and don't just regurgitate the generic sort of workout routines.

I did the workout this morning and it was awesome. There was one problem I had with the Lower Abs Toner. I've done that move before and I can never do it right. Katrina you say just go as far as comfortable but still keeping your lower back on the floor. But my lower back comes up as soon as I start this move, so I never can go down any. I'm confused and wondering if I'm doing something wrong, or if the couple inches that I can move my legs down before my back comes up is enough?

when i do the lower ab toner, I have a hard time keeping my back on the ground. I always find myself arching my back. How can I improve on this? Do I need to do other lower back exercises to strengthen my back muscles or if I keep on doing the lower ab toner and the muscles will get stronger and I will be able to keep my back flat?
@meeshellexx i used to have this exact same problem. it's just because your back muscles are stronger than your lower abs right now, so when you do this your abs are sort of recruiting other muscles to help them out wth this move. keep working on it, and just make sure that you do them correctly back flat on the ground, each time. if you can only do 1, thats fine. perfect form is better than crappy form with many reps. Plus, you're probably straining your back. keep trying you'll get stronger!!!

Hey Karena/Katrina! I absolutely love you guys! Quick question, I'm having trouble getting a workout routine down. I always do cardio but of course I need to do toning exercises to tone up. I've been watching a lot of your videos and want to incorporate all many exercises into my routine. I have a fear of the machines in the gym because I'm not sure how to use them..ANYWAYS, do you have any tips on what I should put in my workout routine? Legs, arms, butt, abs??? all in once or only some? :)

When I do the leg lifts at the beginning, my tailbone hurts really bad while I am doing them, is there anyway to fix that?

I second melaniedogs...if you could put together a cardio workout that's easy to do indoors without equipment, that would be amazing. I don't live in a neighborhood where running in the morning (or anytime..) is really safe, but I don't have equipment. Help please?

how do you get rid of calv fat...ive had it forever. im 5"2, 108lbs, and i run all the time. Calvs are just getting bigger and the fat just seems to stay there :( its honestly devistating i dont know what to do :( But you guys are great at keeping my abs tight lol :)

can you do a video on how to do HIIT without a treadmill becuas i dont have one and without going outside and running because my parents dont think its safe to go running outisde at all....it woiuld mean a lot and be super helpful...thanks girls i love you

@melaniedogs check out the park center at your town..mine has a free indoor track. or try burpees with adding an extra jump when u come up. i do this between intervals for more cardio

I love your workouts. They're not super tedious like a lot of stuff you do in the gym, but they're not super complex to the point that you confuse yourself with what you're doing midway through. I love that ya'll actually know what you're talking about too, and don't just regurgitate the generic sort of workout routines.

I did the workout this morning and it was awesome. There was one problem I had with the Lower Abs Toner. I've done that move before and I can never do it right. Katrina you say just go as far as comfortable but still keeping your lower back on the floor. But my lower back comes up as soon as I start this move, so I never can go down any. I'm confused and wondering if I'm doing something wrong, or if the couple inches that I can move my legs down before my back comes up is enough?

when i do the lower ab toner, I have a hard time keeping my back on the ground. I always find myself arching my back. How can I improve on this? Do I need to do other lower back exercises to strengthen my back muscles or if I keep on doing the lower ab toner and the muscles will get stronger and I will be able to keep my back flat?

@meeshellexx i used to have this exact same problem. it's just because your back muscles are stronger than your lower abs right now, so when you do this your abs are sort of recruiting other muscles to help them out wth this move. keep working on it, and just make sure that you do them correctly back flat on the ground, each time. if you can only do 1, thats fine. perfect form is better than crappy form with many reps. Plus, you're probably straining your back. keep trying you'll get stronger!!!
