  • @JeePolaris He needs a homemade snorkel kit made off of the stock air box. It works awesome. I made one for my 97 ZJ. It costed around 100. Over paying 500 or 600 $.

  • @RedneckOnFridayNight Yeah that would have been a life saver for sure! He has spoke about getting one, but I'm not sure he is going to wheel that ZJ any more because its his family daily driver, he is saving for a Jeep strictly for wheeling.

  • That's why I like clean water crossings haha

Glad it's all sorted out and running!

  • @ZJE39 Lol, yeah this was a simple speed error that led to a big problem, lol.

  • uh, how did water get in anyway? like the body is well over the water level

  • @legionar89 It wasnt me with the ZJ, it was my brother. And water got in because he came in with too much speed, witch caused a massive wave of water to shoot up into the engine and air filter.

  • @JeePolaris ok, i see, did it had air intake? or stock

  • @legionar89 Stock air intake

  • The ZJ still lives. He ended up with water in the engine causing it to lock, and not start, thankfully we have a buddy who is the best at sorting out and fixing vehicle problems, he was able to get all of the water out, flush the oil out twice that had gotten water and mud in it, put a new air filter on, and a lot of hours wrenching, its now running agian.

  • It dont look to bad..i dont think i got to much water in it..prob just water in somthing stupid so it wont start..
