Thirdly, I was being factitious, it was his fault for eating the damn drugs. The officer reacted correctly in this situation and chances are he had trouble breathing and eventually dying because he had the plastic down his throat not because of the officers actions.

@bigun402 You won't be stopped or ever get a ticket BECAUSE you have family members who are police officers. Compare your license to your friends' licenses. Yours has a blue stripe on it that theirs doesn't have. That tells cops to leave you alone. Do you have one of those little black stickers on your car? That's another signal to the cops to leave you alone.

@medicineman1317 I would agree with you but it's different when people are taking drugs like coke and driving. If people were doing it in their homes then I would agree that no one should really give a fuck; it's their life. But he was actually putting others in danger by driving under the influence

@ausdude77 I understand where you're coming from dude, but this issue strikes me a little differently. The fact that tobacco and alcohol kill, sicken, and disfigure hundreds of thousands of people a year yet remain legal seems to indicate that "The War On Drugs" is not a public health/safety issue. I's about control. Bill Hicks said it best with "it's not a war on drugs. It's a war on personal freedom." On the bright side though, thanks for partially agreeing with me B-) Be cool.

The police officers job is to do anything to keep the slaves in line. There are more videos of police brutality then of cops actually doing good. Thats why these pigs have to do things like "shop with a cop" and Community involvement days. An American is not a free man you are a slave to the banks.
