Is it OK to let houses become run down because the person who owns it doesn't want to live there or spend money to fix it? The way the system is treating decent squatters why would they want to spend the effort in repairing? Get rid of the lanlord mentality in this country. Who needs more than 1 if it isn't just to make money from someone else?
